Refund Policy

Last Updated: September 2026 | Effective Date: September 2026

This page explains how canceling and refunds work when you pay Paraguay Sovereign for a recurring service. It starts with the RUC tax filing service, which runs on annual plans. Refund terms for our residency packages are in the Terms of Service.

1. RUC Tax Filing Service: Annual Plans

How billing works

Both plans on the RUC filing service, standard filing and filing with the annual Tax Residency Certificate, are one-year subscriptions billed once a year. Each payment covers 12 months of service for one personal RUC. The one-time RUC setup fee is separate and is not part of the annual plan.

What happens when you cancel

You can cancel at any time before your plan renews. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not end your plan early. Your plan, your access to the platform, and the service itself stay valid until the last day of the year you have paid for.

What you keep until your paid year ends

  • Every monthly filing your plan covers, prepared and submitted as normal
  • The annual Tax Residency Certificate, if you are on the certificate plan
  • Access to the platform and your filing history
  • Support, with replies within one business day

What canceling does not do

Canceling does not produce a partial refund for the months left in your year. The annual fee pays for 12 months of service, and all 12 months stay available to you.

Canceling the plan does not cancel your RUC. The registration stays with you at DNIT, and an active RUC keeps its monthly filing obligation after your plan ends. Plan for that before you let the plan lapse.

2. How To Cancel

Email info@paraguaysovereign.com or write to us through the contact page. We confirm your cancellation in writing, together with the exact end date of your paid year, so there is no guesswork about how long your access runs.

When your paid year ends, a canceled plan simply expires: we stop filing and nothing renews. To keep the service, stay on the plan.
