The Constitution requires 3 years of residence but doesn't specify exact days per year. In practice, 183 days per year is commonly cited as a safe threshold. Some sources claim less is acceptable, while others suggest 270+ days. We recommend aiming for 183+ days annually to be safe.
Important: Day-count is ONE indicator, not the deciding factor. Citizenship approval is discretionary. What actually strengthens applications:

Apostille Requirement
