2. Your Responsibilities
Provide Accurate Information: All information and documents must be accurate and truthful.
Obtain Required Documents: You are responsible for obtaining apostilled documents.
Travel to Paraguay: You must travel for biometric enrollment as required.
Pay Fees on Time: All fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
3. Fees & Payment
Our service fees are quoted in USD and are payable via bank transfer, credit card, or cryptocurrency. A deposit is required to initiate services.
You are responsible for all translation services, apostille fees, and travel expenses not explicitly included in your package.
4. Refund Policy
Our Guarantee
If your residency application is denied due to our error, we will refund 100% of our service fee.
This guarantee does not cover denials resulting from your ineligibility, false information, changes in law, or discretionary government decisions.
